Forming Missional Communities

The concept of community. Community is a widely used word today, what does it mean to talk about the church as a missional community?

Mission-shaped groups. The development of small group structures is vital in mission. We investigate ways in which we might construct groups that develop and exhibit missional life.

Managing conflict. Conflict is inevitable in the arena of missional leadership. We examine how we can understand conflict and its impact on ourselves and on others, to enable us to manage conflict in healthy and restorative ways.

Mentoring the next generation. Many have come to see the potential of mentoring as an excellent means of developing new leaders. We survey the main elements of a good mentoring process.
